About us
»La Villa del Lago« has been the name on Lake Senftenberg since June 2024. Where the old Gaumensegel used to be, we now serve Italian food – made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, prepared and refined with love, and accompanied by fine wines.
We want you to feel at home with us: our friendly team and a cosy place take care of that. Whether a romantic dinner or a relaxed family meal – at La Villa del Lago every moment becomes something special.

Celebrations & events
A birthday, wedding, Christmas party or funeral reception, a business dinner or a lovely evening with your loved ones: our rooms offer plenty of space, and we are happy to prepare them to suit you. We put together individual menus, and our friendly team makes sure your guests are well looked after.
For celebrations of 20 people or more, please call or email us – and allow enough time for planning. Tables for smaller groups can simply be booked online.
Senftenberg
Senftenberg welcomes many visitors: Senftenberg Castle, Lake Senftenberg and the Lusatian mining park are among the most popular sights in the region, and Dresden and Cottbus are not far away. After a walk along the beach promenade, a seat on our terrace is waiting for you – with a view across the lake.
